According to the Chinese Horoscope, 2023 is the Year of the Rabbit and the Lotus Dining Group is celebrating the Lunar New Year with a selection of exclusive dishes and traditional lion dance performances from 22 January until 5 February 2023.
All Lotus Dining venues across Sydney will be offering the special rabbit-shaped dumpling – created in honour of the Year of the Rabbit. Incorporating a decadent filling of mud crab, prawn and ginger, these playful creations are sure to be popular. The dumplings will be available exclusively during the two-week celebrations until sold out.
Other Lunar New Year specials include Shanghai-style red braised pork belly with shiitake mushrooms and greens (Lotus Barangaroo) and the perennially auspicious Prosperity salad at select venues (Lotus The Galeries, CHI by Lotus and Lotus Double Bay).
There’s also the option to feast on a choice of delicious Lunar New Year banquets at Lotus The Galeries, The Gardens by Lotus, CHI by Lotus and Lotus Double Bay. In addition to a delicious Lunar New Year menu, Lotus Barangaroo, Lotus The Galeries and The Gardens by Lotus will have traditional lion dance performances (please see times below).
