With Valentine’s Day just around the corner, what better way to celebrate than with a few love-inspired cocktails from Simply Cocktails!
Sierra Paloma
Ingredients:
- 200 ml Sierra Tequila Silver
- 600 ml Grapefruit Soda
- 15 ml Lime Juice
- Pink Salt Lime wedge
Method:
- Add Sierra Tequila, ice & lime juice into a jug.
- Top with Grapefruit soda & stir.
- Pour into pink salt-rimmed glasses.

Mount Gay Black Barrel Daiquiri
Ingredients:
- 60 ml Mount Gay Black Barrel Daquiri
- 30 ml Fresh Lime Juice
- 15 ml Simple Syrup
- Dehydrated lime
Method:
- Pour all ingredients into a shaker, add ice, shake well.
- Fine Strain and pour into a coupe glass.
- Garnish with a dehydrated lime.

Mount Gay XO Coco Hill
Ingredients:
- 60 ml Mount Gay XO Rum
- 1 Coconut water ice cube
- Orange Peel
- We recommend a silicone mould 3-3.5cm high
Method:
- Place the coconut ice cube into an old-fashioned glass.
- Pour Mount Gay XO over ice.
- Garnish with an orange peel.

Valentine’s Day Fiorente Spritz
Ingredients:
- 200 ml Fiorente
- 400 ml Prosecco
- 200 ml Soda water
- 8 Thick lime wedges Mint leaves
Method:
- Fill a cocktail jug with ice and add the Fiorente, prosecco & soda water.
- Squeeze in the lime wedges, mix & garnish with mint leaves.

The Botanist Dry Martini
Ingredients:
- 50 ml The Botanist Islay Dry Gin
- 10 ml Chilled Dry vermouth
- Lemon peel twist
Method:
- Fill a mixing glass with ice.
- Add all the ingredients and stir continuously for at least 30 seconds to allow the ingredients to chill and dilute slightly.
- Strain into a chilled glass.
- Garnish with a lemon twist.

Disaronno Fizz
Ingredients:
- 45 ml Disaronno
- 15 ml Lemon juice
- Top with soda
- Lemon wedge
Method:
- Pour Disaronno into a glass filled with ice, then add some Soda water to taste and a few drops of fresh lemon juice.

Licor 43 Big Apple 43
Ingredients:
- 60 ml Licor 43 Horchata
- 60 ml Apple Juice
- 30 ml Coconut Milk
- Apple slices
- Cinnamon powder
Method:
- Pour all ingredients into a shaker, add ice, shake well.
- Fine Strain and pour into a highball glass.
- Garnish with cinnamon dusted apple slices.

Mozart Mocha-tini
Ingredients:
- 30 ml Mozart Chocolate Cream
- 15 ml Tia Maria Cold Brew Coffee Liqueur
- 15 ml Frangelico
- 15 ml Fresh cream Strawberry
Method:
- Pour all ingredients into a shaker, add ice, shake well.
- Fine Strain and pour into a highball glass.
- Garnish with strawberry fan.
