This exciting event showcases a distinctive blend of Luke Nguyen’s Asian cuisine with native Australian ingredients, perfectly paired with ALTINA’s refined non-alcoholic wines.

This event is the first in a series of dining experiences throughout July, celebrating the refined craft of non-alcoholic winemaking.

  • Welcome Reception: Staff will greet guests at the Henry Lawson Gate with a refreshing glass of ALTINA Bubbles.
  • Scenic Arrival: Guests can choose between a picturesque lantern-lit stroll through the gardens or a convenient buggy ride to the venue.
  • Interactive Masterclass: Join Botanic House’s Head Chef for a fun rice paper roll masterclass, complemented by a glass of Altina Sparkling Brut.
  • Personalised Bottles: Guests will have the opportunity to create their own unique labels for ALTINA’s Sparkling Brut, adding a personal touch to their experience.

Renowned sommelier Louella Mathews hosts the event along with ALTINA’s innovative founder, Dr. Christina Delay. The share menu features mouth-watering dishes including Crispy Battered Chilli Squid, Coral Trout Steamed in Lotus Leaf, Five Spice Beef Short Ribs, Yellow Curry, and Chimichurri. All dishes are expertly paired with ALTINA’s exquisite non-alcoholic beverages.
