Aperitivo is back at the Four Seasons Sydney after its successful debut in 2023. Previously held at Mode Kitchen & Bar, Apertitivo will now be hosted at the popular Grain Bar. For $40 per person, guests can enjoy a two-hour unlimited antipasto buffet and drink on arrival.

The buffet includes an impressive spread of Italian antipasto including wheels of sharp cheeses, juicy vine-ripened cherry tomatoes, delicate slices of salumi, and freshly prepared salads. Guests can also enjoy hot, house-made focaccia and Roman-style pizzas.
The cocktail selection for 2024 features the theme ‘Cin Cin!’ Guests are greeted with a complimentary drink upon arrival, including cocktails, wine or beer. Choose an Italian-inspired cocktail such as the Aperol Spritz, Americano, Garibaldi, or Bellini. Additional beverages can be purchased starting from $8.
Aperitivo is available from Tuesday to Friday, 4:30-6:30 pm.
