If you’re heading to Melbourne anytime soon, make sure you pop into Bistro Morgan to get your bakery fix. Melbourne’s culinary sensation will launch its second location in Fitzroy on Saturday 26 August. Founded by Morgan Hipworth, the new location will mirror the flagship store located in Windsor.

The launch of Bistro Morgan in Fitzroy will kick off at 11am with the first 300 attendees added to a ticketing system to receive one of their signature doughnuts. The event will provide a relaxed environment for consumers to mingle, share their Bistro Morgan experiences, and interact with Morgan Hipworth and the team behind the brand. While takeaway will continue to be a central feature of the bistro, the new Fitzroy store will offer a cozy atmosphere catering to approximately 15 customers who prefer to eat in.
“The Fitzroy store is more than a location; it’s a sentiment. It’s a fresh chapter in the Bistro Morgan
journey, one where every corner, every product, and every interaction tells a story. We’re not just
opening a store; we’re weaving a new tapestry in the heart of Fitzroy,” says Morgan.
Visitors can expect to be greeted with delicious, freshly-baked doughnuts, scrolls, and cookies as well as irresistible toasties, expertly paired with velvety milkshakes.
