Lotus Dining Group has just opened its latest Cantonese restaurant, Pearl.
Located at the intersection of Bridge and Young Streets, guests can expect a contemporary dining experience enhanced by the mesmerising backdrop of the Sydney Harbour Bridge.

“I look forward to offering something different to Sydney’s dining scene, as we endeavour to change people’s perception of Cantonese cuisine. We hope to deliver a fun and light-hearted experience, whereby diners can perch up at the bar for some after-work drinks, or settle in for a meal in our main dining room with those unique Harbour Bridge views,” says Lotus Dining Group founder and chairman Michael Jiang.

The menu, curated by Chef Cheung Shui Yip and Culinary Director and Executive Chef Steve Wu, is best enjoyed as a shared experience. Dishes from the opening menu include; wok-fried Lobster with Pearl’s signature XO sauce; work-fried Cygnet Bay(WA) pearl meat with snow peas and oyster mushrooms; Caramelized BBQ pork belly; Pearl prawn dumpling; Wagyu tri-tip MB9+ with tangerine peel sauce. The premium banquet menu ($128pp) for groups of four or more, features 10 dishes including dry aged, twice-cooked Peking duck pancakes; Tasmanian red lobster; Darwin mud crab and pork xiao long bao.
