The Charles Grand Brasserie and sister restaurant, Loulou Bistro, Boulangerie & Traiteur have joined forces to create limited edition, luxury Christmas bon bons filled with four handmade petit fours. Each bon bon is $18 and includes the four chocolates or you can order three bon bons for $45. The bon bons are created by Rhiann Mead, head pastry chef of The Charles Grand Brasserie.

They are available to order online from 15 November and for pick up from 1 December until 22 December.

  • Hazelnut rocher (hazelnut praline, milk and dark chocolate, and roasted hazelnuts all coated in crispy feuilletine and then individually dipped in tempered nutty milk chocolate).
  • Passionfruit caramel lollipop (fudgy passionfruit caramel dipped in Valrhona Dulcey white chocolate).
  • Cherry & raspberry marshmallow tea cake (a cherry and raspberry compote-filled marshmallow on a shortbread biscuit that’s then coated in ruby chocolate). 
  • Gingerbread bon bon (taking two days to make, this gingerbread-infused ganache made with milk and dark chocolate and cast in dark chocolate).

You can now also enjoy Rhiann’s exquisite cakes and petit fours from The Charles Grand Brasserie’s dessert trolley at home. 

The range includes Russian Honey Cake; Strawberry, Basil & Lime Tarte; Blackcurrant & Almond Meringue Tarte; macarons and chocolates. Perfect for birthdays, office celebrations, or to take to a weekend lunch when you want all the glory for minimal effort.
