Chiswick Woollahra is offering an exclusive dining experience this August in partnership with Australian homewares brand, In The Roundhouse. Together, they have crafted a special range of Mediterranean-inspired dinnerware named the Chiswick X In The Roundhouse collection.

This event, dubbed the 'In The Roundhouse Experience' ($105 per person), will feature a special menu curated by head chef Daniel Cooper. Drawing inspiration from the Mediterranean, the menu will be an enhanced version of Chiswick’s renowned collective offerings, served on the limited-edition Chiswick X In The Roundhouse jug and platter alongside existing product lines. Diners will be transported to the sun-soaked coastlines through a gastronomic journey.

Staying true to Chiswick’s farm-to-table philosophy, the menu will showcase local and seasonal ingredients, many of which are sourced from Chiswick’s own kitchen garden. Highlights include scallops with herb butter and charred corn, rigatoni with roasted tomato and salted ricotta pangrattato, and an Amalfi lemon dessert featuring white chocolate, meringue, shortbread, and lemon granita.

To complement the menu, Chiswick’s sommelier Georgie Davidson-Brown has created limited-edition cocktail jugs featuring Bombay Pressé. The Floradita (Bombay Pressé Citron, limoncello, prosecco, raspberry, ginger, lemon) and Orchard Punch (Bombay Sapphire, Lillet Blanc, sauvignon blanc, peach, shiso, vanilla, lemon) can be enjoyed for $59 each, served in the bespoke Chiswick X In The Roundhouse jug.

“The Chiswick dining room has always been a favorite of mine, so this partnership felt like a natural fit. Inspired by Chiswick’s vibrant kitchen garden and the essence of a luxurious European summer, we created a classic citrus design for the jug and platter. The burst of color brings joy and serves as a unique focal point for any gathering,” says Alyce Tran, co-founder of In The Roundhouse.

The Chiswick X In The Roundhouse dinnerware collection includes a jug and platter made from new bone china, adorned with a citrus motif in a vibrant palette of white, yellow, and green. Guests dining at Chiswick in August will have the opportunity to purchase pieces from this exclusive collection.
