Spanish liqueur Licor 43 and popular Potts Point Mexican restaurant Chula have partnered up to create the perfect Bottomless Coffee Cocktail Brunch to satisfy foodies and coffee lovers alike – a Sydney first in dedicated bottomless coffee cocktails. 

The new brunch menu is available for a limited time only, from 18 February to 18 March. Cost per person is $99 for a two-hour sitting and guests are treated to a delicious selection of Mexican-inspired plates and tempting coffee cocktails. Licor 43 is the perfect liqueur to accompany coffee, with its delightful taste and golden lustre derived from an age-old recipe consisting of 43 natural ingredients.

Cocktails on offer include the Shaken Espresso 43, a delicious cocktail that combines the bitterness of coffee and the Mediterranean citrus notes of Licor 43. Also available is the Uno Más 43, a delicate and sophisticated treat for your taste buds, it presents a perfect combination of floral hints and notes of spice from the Licor 43 and gin. 

To accompany the cocktails, a set menu of mouth-watering dishes such as Ceviche and Totopos, BBQ Corn Cob, Potato and Chorizo Taquito and a selection of Chula’s signature tacos: Baja, Braised Chicken and 10 Hour Slow Cooked Pork. To finish off, dessert is a Horchata Flan with a Licor 43 crumb and raspberry sorbet. 

Licor 43 emits a bright golden glow that reflects its Mediterranean heritage. Although perfect when enjoyed with or without ice, its flavours are so harmonious that it simply invites other ingredients, such as coffee, to be mixed with it and is unmatched in its versatility.

Shaken Espresso 43
  • 30ml Licor 43 Original
  • 1 hot espresso coffee
  • Ice cubes
Method
  • Half-fill your glass with ice cubes and pour Licor 43 over the top.
  • Serve alongside the cup of hot espresso and, before drinking, pour the coffee over the liqueur and stir. This can also be a shaken cocktail prepared in a cocktail shaker.

  • 40 ml iced brew coffee 
  • 30 ml white wine 
  • 10 ml Gin
Method
  • Shake all ingredients & serve. Garnish with an edible flower
