Claire’s impressive accolades include being named NSW Chef of the Year in 2019 by Restaurant and Catering. She is also a proud PorkStar and a founding Board Member of Women in Hospitality (WOHO), an organisation dedicated to mentoring and supporting the career development of women in the hospitality industry. As a mentor, judge, and passionate leader, Claire’s influence extends beyond her kitchen, making her a prominent figure in the culinary world.

Through the Chef of the Month (COTM) program, Two Good collaborates with esteemed chefs like Claire to create delicious, socially impactful menus. These menus are served at Two Good’s cafe in Darlinghurst’s Yirranma Place and are also available for purchase through its catering service. Every meal sold helps at-risk women affected by domestic violence, homelessness, and trauma gain employment, making a tangible difference in their lives.
