Sydney-based coffee company Single O is introducing its first ready-to-drink (RTD) coffee, the Iced Latte Pilot Can. This highly anticipated product is now available online and through Single O’s major wholesale partners, with a limited release of 8,000 cans.

Single O is engaging its audience of coffee enthusiasts, asking whether coffee can take flight in a can, which consumers can respond to by scanning a QR code on the can.

“We reckon people will love the taste of our Iced Latte! Our numbers of Iced Latte orders in our Sydney and Tokyo cafés over the last year have doubled. So much so that we’ve put it on our Coffee On Tap bar, and it’s the number 1 seller,” says Dion Cohen, Co-Founder of Single O. “So we’re very pumped to put it in a can now too, and to test when and where people will enjoying their specialty coffee in a can, as well as from their local baristas.”

The team says it’s taken significant effort to adjust recipes to ensure the canned version maintains the same great taste as the Iced Latte served on tap. Single O has once again succeeded in preserving premium quality in a convenient package. Before introducing the can, Single O ventured into the realm of convenient coffee with their Parachute drip coffee bags. These bags use the same top-notch beans supplied to cafes. Parachutes have proven to be among the top sellers on their online store and in their cafes. What began as a pilot project driven by customer demand is now launching similarly, as Single O encourages customers to provide feedback and determine the fate of their new brewing method.

Single O’s Iced Latte Pilot Can is made with one shot of coffee blended with Alternative Dairy Co oat milk, giving moreish flavours of ripe berry and chocolate with a malty sweetness.

Available in 4 packs ($24) or slabs of 16 ($90), Single O’s Ice Oat Latte Pilot RTD is available now via https://singleo.com.au and via key wholesale cafe partners.
