Holiday Margarita


  • 30 ml Cointreau
  • 30 ml Blanco Tequila
  • 30 ml Fresh Lime Juice
  • 6 drops Aromatic Bitters


  1. Combine all ingredients in a shaker and add ice
  2. Shake and strain into a cinnamon sugar-rimmed coupe glass
  3. Garnish with rosemary sprig

Holiday Cosmopolitan


  • 20 ml Cointreau
  • 40 ml Vodka
  • 20 ml Fresh Lime Juice
  • 20 ml Cinnamon Clove Cranberry Syrup


  1. To make the syrup: Add 1 cup cranberries, 1 cup water, 1 cup sugar, 1 stick cinnamon, 5 cloves in a saucepan and heat up until boiled
  2. Add all ingredients into Shaker and shake until well chilled
  3. Strain into chilled glass
  4. Garnish with a cinnamon stick

Holiday Jam


  • 20ml Cointreau
  • 40 ml Vodka
  • 20 ml Fresh Lime Juice
  • 10 ml Cranberry Juice
  • 1 Bar Spoon Blackberries


  1. Add all ingredients into Shaker and shake until well chilled
  2. Strain into chilled glass
  3. Garnish with a blackberry
