This July, Danielle Alvarez takes the spotlight as Two Good’s Chef of the Month. With a rich culinary background and a fervent commitment to farm-to-table cooking, Danielle’s journey has spanned prestigious kitchens in the US and Australia, including her pivotal role at Fred’s in Paddington.

Currently, Danielle serves as the culinary director of the Yallamundi Rooms at the iconic Sydney Opera House. Her connection to Two Good runs deep, evidenced by her contribution to the organisation’s cookbook, ‘Change the Course,’ and her involvement in the LOAM x Two Good Chef Dinner Series event, where she crafted a memorable menu.

Two Good’s Chef of the Month (COTM) program is a testament to the power of collaboration in the culinary community. Partnering with top chefs, Two Good creates delectable menus that are featured at their café in Darlinghurst’s Yirranma Place. These meals are also available through their catering service, with all proceeds dedicated to supporting at-risk women affected by domestic violence, homelessness, and trauma.

Danielle’s menu for Two Good includes:
