Several venues in Darling Square, Sydney are offering some exciting September specials, including bottomless brunches and weekday lunchtime ‘hot bar’ specials. Here’s a taste of what’s on offer…
Auvers, Darling Square
Auvers is celebrating its 8th birthday with these menu specials during September:
- $69 set menu on Monday night with 3 courses and 1 mocktail.
- $25 Burger and Beer Night on Tuesday featuring Young Henry's
- $3 oysters on Wednesday night with a complimentary glass of sparkling wine
- Bottomless Brunch every Thursday and Friday from 1pm to 3pm
- Drink giveaways on Thursday, Friday and Saturday night (snap your moment on socials to redeem)

Holy Basil, Darling Square
Check out the Holy Basil ‘hot bar’, a new takeaway feature that includes hot soups, stir-fries and curries. Available Monday to Friday at lunchtime from 11am. The menu includes:
- Beef massaman
- Beef panning
- Green, red or yellow chicken curry
- Red curry pork belly
- Cashier chicken
- Honey chicken
- Basil chicken
- Peanut chicken
- Chinese kale and chicken
Without rice: small ($8) or large ($15). Alternatively add rice for: 1 choice ($11), 2 choice ($13), 3 choice ($15)
Hello Auntie, Darling Square
The team at Hello Auntie has launched a new menu this month with ‘small’, ‘medium’, and ‘big dishes’, as well as delicious noodles and rice dishes, sides, desserts and kids options.
Small dish example: Black Angus rump tartare, pickled onion, capers and anchovy ($29). Medium dish example: Smoked eggplant, chilli, pickled onion and chevril ($29). Big dish example: Roasted Barramundi fillet, Vietnamese capsicum and tomato sauce, capers and Brussels sprouts ($47).
There are two set menu options: Feed Me Auntie ($75pp) or Feed Me More ($95pp). The team are currently running a promotion where lunchtime diners will receive a $50 dinner voucher for their next visit. Conditions: must spend $50 during lunch to be able to receive the voucher. The voucher can only be redeemed with a minimum spend of $200).
