From 17 February until 17 March 2023, the ‘Don’t Call Me Mamacita’ cocktail will be available at Milpa Collective venues, with $2 from every cocktail donated to support LGBTQIA+ organisation Twenty10.
Twenty10 is a Sydney-based service working across New South Wales, providing a broad range of specialised services for young people 12-25 including housing, mental health, counselling and social support. The partnership with Twenty10 came about from Milpa Collective’s desire to give back to the community.
The exclusive cocktail was created in collaboration with drag sweetheart Victoria Mami and will be available at Calita, La Palma, Santa Catarina, Londres 126 and the recently launched Bar Lucia. Cocktail ingredients include vodka, cranberries, Aperol, Prosecco, chamomile foam and lychee.

Victoria can often be seen performing at Poof Doof Sydney with her vivacious personality and vibrant make-up lighting up the stage. She is of Chilean and South American
background making her the perfect individual to front the cocktail and reinforce the synergy with MilpaCollective.
“The Don’t Call Me Mamacita Cocktail is a bit of me, its flavours are everything I would want in the perfect cocktail. I love dining at the Milpa Collective venues and am very proud to be working with them on this initiative and creative collaboration during Sydney World Pride,” says Victoria Mami.
