Celebrated Sydney drag queens HollyWould and Fairah Nuff are hosting an epic brunch party at NOUR on Sunday 19 February to celebrate Sydney WorldPride 2023.
Nour’s WorldPride ‘Pride Icons’ boozy brunch includes beats, a welcome margarita, and a mouth-watering Middle Eastern banquet, with endless entertainment including drag performances, an interactive Pride Icons quiz and music by DJ Brett Riesling throughout the day. Cost per person is $139.
If you’re still feeling thirsty, you can go for the bottomless option alongside brunch which includes beer, (Kylie Minogue’s) rose wine, classic margies and proud Palomas for $199 per person.
Come as your favourite LGBTQIA+ icons and be treated to performances by Hollywould as the legendary Naomi Campbell, and Fairah Nuff as the much-loved Kylie Minogue. The fruity fun doesn’t stop there. Make sure you bring your thinking caps to play a Pride Icons quiz, with plenty of fun prizes up for grabs.
The brunch-style menu features delicious dishes such as ocean trout with sumac and charred citrus, as well as chargrilled spatchcock with filfil chouma and buttermilk, served with a welcome margarita.

“I am so excited to join the team at Nour for this one-day event. This is the first time World Pride will be in Sydney so it’s extra special to our community! We have some great shows planned that tie in perfectly with Nour’s exciting menu. Cocktails, tunes, amazing food, and of course the best entertainment in town. See you all soon!” says Only Holly Would, Drag Queen and event host.
To extend the celebrations, the ESCA Group (who owns NOUR) is inviting patrons to sip the rainbow, by trying each of ESCA venue’s (Henrietta, AALIA, Nour, Lilymu and Cuckoo Callay) limited-edition, signature margarita, each representing a colour on the pride flag. Order the drink, collect a stamp on your Pride Passport provided by ESCA and collect all 6 to win a $250 gift card, or 5 stamps to win $100.
