The Abercrombie rooftop

  • Take in the Chippendale skyline and enjoy $10 pizzas, $15 jugs of beer, and $15 cocktails, Mondays and Tuesdays from 4pm until late and Wednesdays to Saturdays from midday to midnight.
  • Pizzas range from margarita to pepperoni capsicum to prosciutto and stracciatella. There are six cocktails on offer, including a Tommy’s marg, Aperol spritz, and watermelon paloma.

The Charles Bar

  • Monday through to Saturday – $25 daily pastas. Executive chef Billy Hannigan changes the pastas regularly but expect dishes like crab and lobster linguine; spicy meatball spaghetti; lamb ragu pappardelle; cacio pepe-style pappardelle with hen’s egg, black pepper and aged pecorino; a braised lamb rigatoni, pickled walnuts, red wine and petit chèvre cheese; and a mussel and nduja butter, rocket and capers spaghetti. You won’t find them printed in the menu, just check the mirror behind the bar for that day’s pastas. Available 12pm – 6pm.
  • Monday through to Saturday – $25 wagyu cheeseburger, fries, and a drink. Enjoy an aged wagyu cheeseburger layered with pickles, The Charles signature sauce and a generous serving of seasoned fries, house wine, beer or soft drink for $25. Go bougie and add foie gras for an additional $15. Available 12-6pm.
