Crown Sydney is set to bring its biggest names into one kitchen. For three nights only, Epicurean will transform into a showcase of Crown’s most celebrated restaurants, giving guests the rare chance to sample signature dishes from multiple venues in one sitting.
On the menu are some of the country’s most recognisable plates: Nobu’s miso cod, a’Mare’s handmade trottole pesto, and favourites from Woodcut, Icebergs Harbour Bar and Golden Century. Instead of the traditional set degustation, Epicurean will take on a premium buffet-style format, with guests free to wander between the chef’s stations.

Adding to the occasion, some of Australia’s best-known chefs will be in attendance across the three nights, including Ross Lusted from Woodcut, Alessandro Pavoni from a’Mare, Nobu’s Harold Hurtada, Billy Wong of Golden Century and Alex Pritchard from Icebergs.
Crown Sydney’s Culinary Director Sarah Briegel describes the series as a celebration of the talent and creativity behind the venues, an opportunity for guests to enjoy the breadth of Crown’s dining offering in a single experience. She also notes that it is just as much a celebration for the chefs, who will relish the chance to collaborate and share a kitchen together.
Tickets are priced at $295 per person, with beverages available for an additional charge. Seats are limited, and bookings can be made here.
