Floreat and Legacy have partnered to create a stunning Christmas Wreath. 25 per cent of the sale price will go directly to Sydney Legacy, supporting families of veterans this Christmas.
The wreaths are made with native eucalyptus leaves and adorned with silk poppies – a nod to Australian service men and women. The wreath is a symbol of both festivities and remembrance.
As many families decorate their front doors with wreaths for Christmas, Sydney Legacy and Floreat are proud to have created something very special and is a wonderful way to give back to the community.
Christmas is a particularly emotional time for many of the families supported by Legacy. They may be spending Christmas remembering a loved one who is no longer with them, are struggling with the cost that comes with the festive period or find themselves alone at Christmas.
Legacy ensures that through the festive season and beyond, they will continue to provide social and financial support to around 43,000 widows, children and dependants across the nation. This support can range from a Legatee mentoring a child who has lost a parent, or the supplementation of income when a veteran has been injured in their service.
The Legacy Christmas Wreath will be available to pre-order from 21 November for $150 from Floreat for delivery in the Sydney metropolitan area.
