The training sessions which run every Sunday until 4 August, includes running, strength training, and recovery exercises, ensuring you’re well-prepared for the unique 14km challenge ahead. 

But that’s not all – adidas has added some extra motivation to keep things exciting. Expect surprises at each session, including recovery tips, tasty snacks, and opportunities to test out the latest adidas running shoes.
