Bombay Sapphire has added a new welcome addition to the gin family with Bombay Citron Pressé – a vibrant gin bursting with the taste of freshly-squeezed Mediterranean lemons inspired by the iconic Tom Collins cocktail. 

This new gin has been created with a 100% natural fruit infusion and no added sugar, so the subtle citrusy sweetness is all-natural. It’s the perfect drop for elevating cocktails and inspiring creative twists.

Like its sister, the Bombay Bramble, this new gin showcases the finest innovation and craftsmanship. This natural expression of flavour marries the vapour-infused London Dry Gin with a complex blend of lemon infusion and juice, bringing a fresh, zesty taste to their classic gin base whilst still allowing the botanicals (and juniper) to shine through. 

The bespoke blend captures the true flavour of fresh Mediterranean lemons that are harvested early in the season to capture the zestful, citrus-sour notes of the lemons at their most intense. This approach differs from the more common practice of using highly concentrated artificial flavours and colours found in other offerings on the market today.

The Citrus Collins is a bright, vibrant cocktail featuring a blend of 100% natural Mediterranean lemons with the brand’s London Dry Gin, mixed with premium soda water.   • 50ml Bombay Citron Pressé
  • 15ml freshly pressed lemon juice
  • 10ml sugar syrup
  • Top with soda water (circa 75ml – preferably chilled)
  • Lemon wedge (garnish)
  • Cherry (optional garnish)
  • Glass: Highball glass
  • Method: Build over cubed ice, stir. Garnish and serve.  If using granulated sugar dissolve first before adding ice and soda.

  • 20ml freshly pressed lime juice
  • 10ml sugar syrup
  • 7-8 mint leaves
  • 50ml Champagne (chilled)

  • Method: Pour Champagne into coupette, shake remaining ingredients over ice, strain into glass, garnish and serve.
