Following the success of its Bondi sashimi bar, GetSashimi is bringing its unique concept to the heart of Coogee, promising over 70 sushi dishes and 20 types of freshly sliced sashimi. The new store opens on Sunday, 15 September 2024.
The new GetSashimi store is a two-level sushi haven, offering a comprehensive dining experience with its impressive 10-metre sushi and sashimi bar. Guests can dine upstairs in a cosy 150-square-metre area or they can grab a quick bite from the 80-square-metre ground-floor sashimi bar.

Every dish is meticulously prepared by a skilled team of Itamaes—highly trained sushi and sashimi chefs—who bring a touch of artistry to every cut, offering a personalised experience beyond the typical conveyor belt sushi.
Since its inception in 2018, GetFish has transformed from a daring startup delivering the freshest seafood to Sydney's homes to a thriving seafood empire, boasting a fleet of 22 delivery vans. The opening of GetSashimi's second location is a testament to its growing influence and commitment to bringing premium seafood to a broader audience.
