Barangaroo is turning things up a notch with Golden Hours, a sunset series that’s set to become the place for an afternoon drink with plenty of Aperol Spritz.
From 20 March to 5 April, Barangaroo’s waterfront will be buzzing between 3–7pm, with Aperol Spritz specials, curated food pairings and live entertainment all designed to soak up those last rays of the day.
More than 25 venues are getting in on the action, from NOLA Smokehouse and Bar, love.fish, and Annamese, to Crown Sydney’s CIRQ and Sax Bar. Expect two Spritz for $30, with special menus built to complement your drinks — perfect for a post-work catch-up or kicking off a night out.

The precinct will be alive with roaming performers, DJs including Andrew Levins, Lucy Smith, and Pho The Girls, plus pop-up moments like glow-up stations by Status Co for those spontaneous hair and makeup refreshes. Whether you’re wandering along Wulugul Walk or perched at Hickory Bar at Woodcut, there’s something to discover at every turn.
There will also be a huge closing party on Saturday, 5 April. Aperidisco at Barangaroo House promises a night of deep house meets live music, thanks to DJ duo Double Touch and a headline set from Return to Rio. Add in Aperol giveaways and a best-dressed comp (orange and gold are the vibe), and it’s shaping up to be a proper send-off to daylight savings.
