Each cocktail at Grain Bar tells its own story, crafted by skilled artisans – drawing inspiration from diverse cultural backgrounds. Fresh, globally sourced ingredients converge to create a symphony of taste, reflecting culinary excellence.

Sarath Nair – the newly appointed Beverage Manager – is renowned as one of the world’s top bartenders. Under his guidance, his team of mixology experts at Grain Bar have embarked on a journey to infuse their diverse backgrounds and expertise from countries including Chile, Italy, France, Vietnam, Nepal, and the Philippines into cocktails that evoke a sense of distant locales.

In addition to the new cocktail menu, guests can now indulge in one of Sydney’s most captivating hubs for diverse entertainment at Grain Bar. From live saxophone performances and DJ sets featuring electro-swing to mesmerizing magic acts and enigmatic artistic displays, Grain Bar transcends the conventional notion of a bar, offering guests a premier theatrical cocktail experience. 

Complementing the drinks is a revamped food menu curated by Executive Chef Francesco Mannelli. From Smoked Duck on a Lotus Bao Bun to Tuna Tartare Cones, every dish harmonizes with the diverse drink selection, offering a complete sensory journey.
