Opening on September 20, 2023, Iberica is set to shake up the Bondi food scene with a Mediterranean experience that’s as real as it gets.

Iberica is all about supporting local produce suppliers, and by doing so, the restaurant supports the community and ensures that every dish is infused with the freshest and finest ingredients. The culinary team at Iberica, led by the talented Executive Chef Ivan Sanchez, brings over 15 years of experience to the table, promising an array of flavours that celebrate the rich traditions of Balearic cuisine.
