During December and January 2025, Two Good welcomes Jean-Paul El Tom - Executive Chef at Baba’s Place - as its Chef of the Month. Two Good’s Darlinghurst cafe and catering service will offer Jean-Paul's mouth-watering dishes over the next two months.

Jean-Paul is celebrated for his fusion of Greek and Lebanese cuisines. Baba's, located in Marrickville, embodies the multicultural flavour of the area - a popular spot for locals and visitors craving hearty and authentic dishes.
The Two Good menu by Jean-Paul El Tom features:
- Ajvar cheese toastie with shallot sauce (GF available) $14
- Iceberg tabouli salad with Chevrette's goat cheese $14
- LCM caramel bars $6
The Chef of the Month program by Two Good collaborates with renowned chefs to create delicious menus served at its cafe in Darlinghurst’s Yirranma Place. The menu is also available online. All proceeds support at-risk women affected by domestic violence, homelessness, and trauma by helping them find employment.
