Trippas White Group is celebrating the arrival of the Year of the Wood Dragon with an exclusive LNY menu and cocktails available for a limited time at five of its venues.

ESQ, Reign, Botanic House, Bar 83, and Skyfeast will each contribute to the festivities, presenting their own distinctive dishes and specially crafted cocktails to honour the Year of the Wood Dragon. In addition to these unique offerings, Trippas White Group extends a special invitation to individuals born in the year of the Dragon (including those born in 1940, 1952, 1964, 1976, 1988, 2000, or 2012). If they make a booking for 4 or more people on February 10th, they can enjoy a complimentary glass of bubbles, redeemable at any Trippas White Group venue

Mark your calendars for an experience as Reign welcomes the Lunar New Year with a vibrant and delectable cocktail, the ‘Dragonfruit Spritz’. Costed at $19 and available from 9th – 13th February, the cocktail features Archie Rose True Cut Vodka, Marie Brizard Apry liqueur, Bandini Prosecco with Dragonfruit syrup and soda.

ESQ at the QVB

ESQ has created a delicious cocktail and bar snack for the Lunar New Year festivities. Available from February 6th – 10th, ESQ will offer patrons a specialty cocktail ‘Dragons Fortune’ for $22, served as an old-fashioned with the OP Rum alight and five spice dusted and a fortune cookie garnish. The Lunar New Year snack is house-made Peking Duck served in a soft bao bun with green shallot, cucumber, black vinegar, chilli and hoi-sin dressing for $12.

Bar 83

Ascend to new heights and ignite the Year of the Dragon’s energy at Bar 83, Sydney’s highest bar. With 260 degree views of Sydney’s city skyline, Bar 83 is inviting all patrons to try their cocktail, the Dragons Flight. Served in coupette and featuring Archie Rose Straight Dry Gin, melon and strawberry liqueur, lemon juice and Dragonfruit syrup. Priced at $21, the bespoke cocktail is available from February 5th – 13th.

Skyfeast is celebrating Lunar New Year with their custom Lunar New Year buffets, available from 9th – 13th February for lunch and dinner services. The themed buffet will include beautiful fresh seafood, including sushi and sashimi, oysters and prawns.
