These exciting masterclasses will take place at two popular Lotus Dining venues: Barangaroo and Lotus The Galeries. The two-hour masterclasses showcase wines produced by Louisa Rose, Pewsey Vale’s multi-award-winning winemaker, and will be presented by Karen Dollimore, Lotus Group’s Head Sommelier. 

You’ll enjoy five different rieslings from the cooler climes of the Eden Valley’s Pewsey Vale Vineyard, accompanied by some of Lotus’ signature dumplings and mains. Yes, it really is a match made in heaven.
