If you’re looking for the ultimate gin experience, then look no further than a gin-making session at Manly Spirits Distillery. Enjoy the two-hour experience with friends while making your very own, one-of-a-kind bottle of gin to take home.
During the two-hour session in ‘The Stillhouse’ – a distilling lab for adults located in Manly Spirits Distillery – you will take charge of a beautiful mini copper still to develop and distil your very own 700ml bottle of gin. Plus, on the way out, you’ll receive $10 off a full-sized bottle of spirits purchased from the distillery.
During the session, you’ll learn about how Manly Spirits Gins are produced and what it takes to develop a well-balanced and harmonious gin whilst enjoying a ‘Manly Spirits Gin & Tonic’.
You’ll have the opportunity to create your own gin recipe by choosing from an extensive range of botanicals from the library including Australian native and foraged marine, citrus, herbal, floral and spice botanicals. Expert distillers will guide you throughout the process, providing advice on how to achieve your desired flavour.
Learn about the history behind gin while enjoying a unique Manly Spirits cocktail crafted with Australian native ingredients, paired with a delicious antipasto plate. But the fun doesn’t stop there! During distillation, you’ll sample and name your unique creation before bottling your gin and personalising your special ‘Stillhouse’ bottle label.
