Maxwell Wines is bringing a taste of McLaren Vale to Sydney for one night only, teaming up with Surry Hills favourite Arthur for an exclusive dining experience that celebrates Australian produce and world-class wine.

The collaboration will see Maxwell’s executive chef, Fabian Lehmann, and Arthur’s head chef, Juwon Gwak, design a six-course menu that pairs innovation with seasonality. Each dish will be matched with a curated selection of Maxwell Wines, showcasing the character and elegance of the McLaren Vale region.
