Cheese lovers…mark Sunday 5 March 2023 in your diaries because the Wine & Cheese Fest is back, celebrating its 10th festival in Melbourne. The one-day festival will give lucky Melburnians the chance to experience 50 local wineries, cheese, and artisan producers all under one roof.

Port Melbourne Timber Yard will be converted into an epic wine and cheese delicatessen, where foodies can also enjoy cheese and wine-making Master Classes. There will also be free sample tastings and the opportunity to support local vendors by buying goods brought from all corners of Victoria, and beyond.

Producers and providores exhibiting their goods include: That’s Amore Cheese, Schulz Organic Cheeses, The BoatShed Cheese, The Cheese Rebels, Dal Zotto Wines, Rob Dolan Wines, Pizzini Wines, John Gehrig, Santolin Wines, Red Edge, Newbridge Wines and Mount Avoca Organic Winery.

Also on the program will be live music, DJs and roving artists will keep guests entertained while their taste buds take a trip around Victoria. There’s also something for the little ones in the dedicated kids’ zone, which offers face painting, lawn games, and more interactive games.

For those looking to get their feet dirty and take home some delicious prizes on the day, Wine & Cheese Fest will be running their famous Grape Stomp Competition between 3pm and 4pm.
