Genzo offers a contemporary twist on Japanese cuisine, characterised by sleek and moody interiors punctuated with vibrant neon accents. The menu showcases kushiyaki (skewers), noodles, and raw dishes, suitable for both dining in and enjoying as bar snacks. Guests can expect an enticing selection of sake, Japanese wines, classic wines, and well-crafted cocktails.

Soluna dining and bar provides a welcoming setting for various occasions, from family gatherings to casual meals and drinks with friends. The menu features a diverse array of LA-inspired snacks, seafood, salads, pasta, grill-style mains, and a dedicated children’s menu. With ample indoor and outdoor seating, including a separate lounge and bar area, it caters to different preferences.

Una specialises in premium culinary offerings, offering a carefully curated selection of gourmet artisanal products and essentials. It promises quality ingredients, from delectable cheeses and cured meats to house-made pasta, sauces, oils, vinegar, and spices. Additionally, guests can explore boutique wines, locally distilled spirits, aperitifs, digestifs, and unique gifts.

Start your day at Sol bread + wine with freshly baked artisanal breads, pastries, and cakes, or enjoy a leisurely breakfast in the café. Later in the day, the venue transforms into a neighbourhood wine bar, highlighting wines by the glass paired with irresistible dishes.

Sebastien Lutaud, Etymon’s director of culinary says the precinct offers a great balance of local and destination hospitality. “We see the precinct becoming a lower north shore go-to for fresh, artisan breads and pastries, gourmet deli goods, and dining. We also want to entice people from further afield to visit North Sydney, especially for the Genzo experience.”
