Five years in the making, the new trio of bottles all showcase Australian ingredients and are aged in local wine casks in the heart of Sydney. Whether you’re a newcomer to the world of rum or a connoisseur, the revamped range has something to offer everyone.
Aged for three years in red wine casks, Brix Australian Rum offers a new vision for the classic spirit, which is bursting with flavour. Combining notes of pastry, baking spices, and light oak with the aromas of vanilla, caramel, and stonefruit, it’s the perfect rum for all occasions.
This full-bodied Brix Australian Spiced Rum is infused with local spices, fruits, and nuts, resulting in a dynamic flavour profile that evokes memories of pavlova, Jaffas at the movies, and fruit and nut chocolate. The sweetness is well-balanced with the depth of spice, making it a bold yet smooth drink.
For those who prefer a lighter option, Brix Australian Cane Spirit has you covered. Crafted from premium molasses sourced from Queensland’s cane fields, this spirit is perfect for mixing with your favourite cocktails like mojitos, daiquiris, and pina coladas, giving them an Australian twist.
The new products also mark a significant milestone for Brix Distillers in its mission to help a new generation discover the spirit and put Australian rum on the map.

Brix Cane Spirit Daiquiri recipe
Ingredients
- 45mL BRIX Cane Spirit
- 30mL Fresh Lime
- 15mL Simple Syrup
- Lime wheel for garnishing
Method:
- Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker and fill with ice.
- Shake hard until the shaker becomes ice cold.
- Double strain into a coupe glass.
- Garnish with fresh or dehydrated lime.
