Lotus Dining’s specialty shaokao BBQ restaurant, CHI by Lotus, will serve up a delectable Beijing street food-inspired menu this New Year’s Eve. Located conveniently around the corner from the group’s harbourside Barangaroo venue, CHI enjoys the benefit of a more private location, perfectly suited to intimate gatherings. Dine on steamed half-shell scallops with garlic, chilli and seablite, or spanner crab san choy bao, alongside Lotus classics such as Jade dumplings and Xiao Long Bao, before feasting on Wagyu rump with black pepper sauce.
