Patisserie Wines, a new collection inspired by classic French desserts, has launched nationally with a line-up that blends playful creativity with careful winemaking. Each varietal takes its cue from a patisserie favourite such as Raspberry Éclair Moscato, Passionfruit Friand Sauvignon Blanc, Pineapple Madeleine Pinot Gris, Crème Brûlée Chardonnay and Strawberry Macaron Rosé.

Rather than simply nodding to dessert flavours, the team behind Patisserie has built each wine around bright fruit characters, a soft natural sweetness and a gentle frizzante lift. Fermentation is paused before full dryness, leaving a rounded finish that balances freshness with indulgence. A subtle hint of natural flavour complements the grape rather than masking it, resulting in wines that feel both modern and refined.
According to the creators, the goal was to capture the evolving tastes of younger wine drinkers looking for drops that are light, approachable and a little bit different. The range is designed to work as well for summer picnics as it does for gifting or celebrations, offering an easy way to bring a patisserie twist to any occasion.
Patisserie Wines is available now at Dan Murphy’s, BWS and selected independent stores across the country (RRP $19).
