Patrón is celebrating the launch of Patrón El Cielo, the world’s first quadruple-distilled prestige tequila by partnering with select Mexican bars and restaurants in Sydney and offering 10,000 complimentary Umai Heritage caviar bumps. Valued at $32 each, guests will receive a complimentary caviar bump with every purchase of a Patrón El Cielo cocktail from an exclusive Patrón cocktail menu.

From 7 November 2023, the menu at participating venues will include three cocktails: the Patrón El Cielo Signature Serve ($35), featuring a smooth and naturally sweet Patrón El Cielo tequila over ice with an orange wheel; Patrón Y Passion ($38), inspired by the passion fruit ceviche at Taqiza, incorporating Patrón El Cielo, passionfruit, vanilla, mint, and a pinch of salt; and Patrón Tropical Spritz ($35), a light and refreshing cocktail perfect for warmer temperatures, made with Patrón El Cielo, Aperol, pineapple, basil, and topped with prosecco.
Participating venues include Artisanal mezcal restaurant and bar Santa Catarina, Mexican woodfire restaurant Carbón, Circular Quay’s Londres 126 known for exploring the luxurious boundaries of Mexican cuisine and mezcal, Pott’s Points Spanish tapas & wine bar Bar Lucia, Bondi’s Taqiza featuring a menu of contemporary Mexican dishes or Mexican seafood restaurant Calita.
