From 4pm to 6pm daily, guests can indulge in P&V’s signature 'Afternoon Aperitif' — a selection of three handpicked wines designed to take your palate on a journey through their eclectic collection.

- Afternoon Aperitif: A rotating trio of standout red, white, and sparkling wines, perfect for a leisurely pre-dinner sip.
- Culinary Pairings: Match your wine with $1 escargot or $2 oysters during the aperitif hour.
- Prix Fixe Menus: Choose from a 2-course meal at $55 per person or a 3-course at $65, featuring dishes like pork terrine, tuna crudo, steak frites, and a seasonal market fish.
