Red Hill Estate has launched a refreshed sparkling wine collection just as the festive season hits its stride, bringing a polished trio to the Mornington Peninsula line-up. The updated range centres on a new Sparkling Rosé, joined by a Sparkling Cuvée and a Prosecco, each presented in striking red-and-gold labels.

The estate’s approach centres on gentle winemaking that lets the fruit speak for itself. That ethos shapes the new Sparkling Rosé, which arrives with a soft blush colour and a lift of berries and citrus on the nose. Its lively palate folds together red berry notes, a little stone fruit and a faint savoury edge, making it an easy match for oysters, salads, soft cheeses or a grazing board. RRP$22.00

The Sparkling Cuvée follows a classic blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. This sparkling features hints of citrus, crisp apple and a touch of nuttiness, with a fine mousse that keeps everything fresh and balanced. RRP$22.00

Last, but not least, is the Prosecco, the most playful of the three. It’s clean, refreshing and fruit-forward with apple, pear and melon notes that land gently alongside floral aromatics. It’s built for toasts and perfect for pairing with antipasto, oysters or something salty on the side. RRP$22.00
