With a ticket to Rosé All Day, you’ll have your pick of three refreshing drinks from the festival's exclusive rosé menu. Take your pick from a crisp still rosé, a bubbly sparkling option, or one of the unique rosé cocktails such as the frozen rosé and honey margarita, the rosé rebellion (a blend of Campari, sweet vermouth, sparkling rosé, and coconut water), or the refreshing spring kiss (featuring rosé, Aperol, St Germain, raspberry liqueur, and a splash of soda).

For those who enjoy the classics, the frosé and a light rosé spritz are also on the list. And if you’re feeling extra indulgent, you can grab a bottle of Moet & Chandon Rose Champagne for just $99.
To heighten your experience, you can also order a selection of pink-hued snacks, such as Sydney Rock oysters with a rosé mignonette, delicate tuna tartare on prawn crackers with a touch of finger lime, and an exquisite strawberries and cream pavlova to finish. The full Opera Bar menu will be available if you crave something more substantial.
As you sip and savour your way through Rosé All Day, you can also enjoy the daily lineup of live music and entertainment, which promises to keep the festive vibe alive from morning till night.
