On the rooftop at Smoke, take in the sunset with a glass of Provence’s renowned Whispering Angel rosé or try one of the signature cocktails like the Pink Sunset (a blend of Bombay Sapphire, house-made rosé, and rhubarb liquor). For the adventurous, the Blush and Burn shot combines strawberry-infused Patron Silver tequila with coconut and cream. Complement your drink with rosé-themed snacks such as smoked ocean trout on mini brioche or pink prawn crackers.

At Rekōdo, the vinyl music matches the vibe as Veuve Clicquot Rosé flows by the glass or bottle. The cocktails are equally inventive, with the Kyoto Kiss (Veuve Clicquot Rosé, Aperol, raspberry, and strawberry) and the Tokyo Drift shooter (Patron Silver Tequila, vanilla, strawberry) adding a bold twist. Don’t miss the pink-hued tuna sang choy bao or the strawberry fried ice cream with rosé caramel.

Rose Rising Barangaroo

For a weekend treat, opt for the Rosé Rising Jukebox Bottomless, where you control the music while enjoying a shared pink-themed menu paired with two hours of bottomless rosé for $99 per person. Upgrade to free-flowing cocktails or a bottle of premium rosé for that extra touch of luxury.

Downstairs at House Bar, the waterfront views make the perfect backdrop for chilled glasses of Chandon Rosé or frosé, both available by the glass or bottle. Pair your drink with Instagram-worthy Skull Island prawn bao buns or a delicious strawberry and cream sando. For a bit of fun, challenge your friends to the claw machine, where winners score a complimentary glass of rosé or frosé.

DJs will be spinning tunes across the venue, with House Bar and Smoke hosting sets from Thursday to Sunday, and Rekōdo featuring vinyl DJs throughout the weekend.
