Nothing says summer like a refreshing BACARDÍ rum cocktail. To kick start the summer festivities, here are four popular BACARDÍ cocktails made using the original BACARDÍ Carta Blanca as well as the flavour range. 

Raspberry Mojito by Bacardi

Raspberry Mojito

  • 50ml BACARDÍ raspberry rum
  • 3 raspberries
  • 4 lime wedges
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 12 mint leaves
  • Top with soda water
  1. Build all ingredients in a highball glass and lightly muddle
  2. Add crushed ice and stir
  3. Top with soda water and stir lightly before serving. 
  4. Garnish with a sprig of mint and a raspberry
Spiced apple and ginger by Bacardi

Spiced, apple and ginger

  • 50ml BACARDÍ spiced rum
  • 50ml apple juice
  • 50 ginger ale
  • 2 dashes Angostura bitters
  • 1 lime wedge
  1. Fill a highball glass with ice. 
  2. Build all liquid ingredients into the glass, squeeze a wedge of lime and add bitters if desired.
  3. Stir to combine.
  4. Garnish with another lime wedge or an apple slice. 
Frozen daiquiri by Bacardi

Frozen Daiquiri

  • 50ml BACARDÍ Carta Blanca rum
  • 25ml fresh lime juice
  • 3 teaspoons extra fine sugar
  • 3/4cup crushed ice
  • Lime wheel as garnish
  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender. 
  2. Add 3/4 cup of crushed ice and blend until a slushy consistency forms. 
  3. Serve in a cocktail glass. 
  4. Garnish with lime.

Summer Splash

  • 44ml BACARDÍ Carta Blanca rum
  • 44ml lemonade
  • 44ml lemon-lime soda
  • Lime wedge to garnish
  1. Fill a highball glass with ice.
  2. Build all ingredients directly in the glass. 
  3. Stir gently to combine. 
  4. Garnish with a lime wedge.
