Each can is filled with the same high-quality wine you’d expect from Scarborough’s Offshoot range, but with the added perk of portability. The range includes:
- White Spritz (Vermentino): Crisp and invigorating, this white wine has a lively pop of bubbles and a zesty, fruity profile, perfect for sipping on warm afternoons.
- Rosé Spritz (Pinot Noir): Think light, effervescent, and bursting with watermelon and berry notes. It’s a fresh take on a classic Rosé that pairs wonderfully with a summer salad or simply on its own.
- Light White (Chardonnay): A subtle but citrusy Chardonnay that’s light on oak but full of vibrant, fresh flavours. It’s an elegant option that won’t overpower your taste buds, making it perfect for those easy, breezy summer afternoons.
- Light Red (Tempranillo Joven): Slightly chilled, this fruity red is smooth and versatile. The Spanish word Joven means 'young', and that’s exactly what this Tempranillo delivers—a youthful, laid-back feel that’s ready for any occasion.

A standout feature of these wines is its versatility. Aside from enjoying it straight from the can, you can level up your summer cocktails with a bit of creativity. Try mixing the Rosé Spritz with grapefruit soda and a splash of vermouth, garnished with a slice of orange and a sprig of thyme for a cocktail that’s as refreshing as it is sophisticated.
Lighter than traditional glass bottles, these cans have a reduced carbon footprint and are fully recyclable. The White Spritz and Light Red are already certified by Sustainable Winegrowing Australia, with more certifications in the pipeline for the next vintage. The artwork on the can is inspired by the natural beauty surrounding the Scarborough estate, bringing a little bit of the vineyard to every sip.
They chill faster than bottles, are easy to carry, and take the guesswork out of serving size, with each 250ml can equating to about two glasses of wine—ideal for those mindful drinking moments when you want to enjoy responsibly without committing to a whole bottle.
You can purchase the range online or at the cellar door: Scarborough Wine Co, 179 Gillards Road, Pokolbin.
A mixed carton (16 cans) is $136. A four can pack is $36.
