Icebergs Dining Room and Bar is bringing back its Summer Series, with a full season of food, drinks and music unfolding at Bondi Beach, including a major culinary moment locked in for February 2026.

Running throughout the summer, the program is designed to evolve week by week, featuring live music sessions, midweek sunset drinks, and large-scale event moments. The headline features a three-day residency from Roman chef Sarah Cicolini, the force behind Rome’s SantoPalato, whose cuisine is renowned for its deep connection to traditional central Italian cooking.

Cicolini will take over the kitchen from 3 to 5 February 2026, working closely with Icebergs’ culinary director Alex Prichard and Australian producers to shape a menu that reflects Roman tradition through a local lens. Familiar flavours will be reinterpreted with the freshness of Australian ingredients, served across exclusive dinners and a lunch service. Tickets are priced at $200 per person and include a drink on arrival.

Enjoy music at Icebergs every Saturday from 4pm to 9pm with live sets. Sundays shift into a long afternoon partnership with Don Julio 1942 from 3pm. The focus is on cocktails built around the tequila, including a house punch layered with summer fruit, spice and agave, alongside bar snacks like porcini and truffle tartlets with Pyengana cheddar, and fritti filled with suckling pig, corn and sage.

From early December, Icebergs Sunsets takes over Wednesday to Friday evenings with resident DJ Dolso, coastal plates and a rotating cocktail list presented alongside Don Julio, Tanqueray and Ketel One. It is pitched as an easy transition from workday to evening, with the iconic beach as the backdrop.

This summer also marks Icebergs’ central role in Bondi’s first large-scale New Year’s Eve festival in more than a decade. Guests can opt for an early sunset dinner with DJs and the option to head to elrow Bondi Beach XXL, or book the later sitting with Charlie Chux on the decks and uninterrupted views of the midnight fireworks. New Year’s Day continues with two sittings, starting with a classic lunch service, followed by an afternoon session featuring live sets from Double Touch, joined by Reigan and Pauli, plus DJs into the evening.
