From the creators of Brookiefest comes the inaugural Taste of Brookie, a celebration of Brookvale’s vibrant precinct. This weekend-long festival – running from Friday, 24 May to Sunday, 26 May – is set to transform Brookvale into a culinary and craft beverage haven, offering an irresistible array of local flavours, artisanal brews, and spirits.

Brookvale’s best and brightest are opening their doors to welcome you into their world. The Freshwater Brewing Co, 4 Pines, Bucketty’s, Dad & Dave’s, 7th Day Brewery, Nomad Brewing Co, Broken Bay Brewing, Manly Spirits Co, Seadrift Distillery, and Goodradigbee Distillers are all participating, each promising unique tastes and stories to discover. There’s something for everyone, from the rich, full-bodied ales at Dad & Dave’s to the innovative non-alcoholic offerings from Seadrift Distillery.

Taste of Brookie is not just about drinks; it’s a full sensory experience. Picture yourself indulging in a bottomless brunch at Freshwater Brewing, while enjoying live music. Beer enthusiasts can be the first to try the newly launched ‘Send It’ beer, while those with a love for quirky finds can enjoy a car boot sale at 7th Day Brewing.

Broken Bay Brewing features a kids’ petting zoo and a gelato stand, ensuring even the youngest attendees are entertained. For those with a more refined palate, Seadrift Distillery offers lobster rolls paired with its low and no-alcohol cocktails, and Goodradigbee Distillers present delicious chocolate and whiskey pairings or cheese and wine pairings.

This celebration is part of the broader Taste of the Beaches festival, which spans the entire month of May, making Brookvale a must-visit destination. Whether you’re planning a daycation or just a local adventure, Taste of Brookie promises an experience brimming with mouthwatering moments.
