Lucky residents in Bellingen will soon be able to enjoy their very own Three Blue Ducks, with chef and owners Darren Robertson and Andy Allen opening a new venue at The Lodge, which is located on the NSW mid-north coast.
Three Blue Ducks will occupy the restaurant within The Lodge which is set across 16 acres of manicured gardens and nestled between Bellingen’s rainforest and surf beaches. The restaurant will showcase the Ducks approach to simple, ethically sourced real food, which is what the team is renowned for.

Darren and Andy will work with local producers and farming regions to source ingredients and produce for the breakfast, lunch, dinner and function menus. The beverage list will feature a strong list of local NSW wines and beers, as well as coffee from long-standing Three Blue Ducks partner, Single O.

Darren says sustainability and ethically sourced produce is a primary focus for them and this ethos will continue with the menu offering in Bellingen.

“The area and its surroundings is a melting pot of different flavours, ideas and innovative ways of presenting food, which makes Bello a must-visit location for food lovers,” explains Darren.
Three Blue Ducks will work alongside The Lodge, catering to weddings and private events as well as general restaurant dining. The Lodge Bellingen is located at 1381 Waterfall Way, Bellingen NSW 2454
