Two Good Co. is celebrating the release of its much-anticipated third cookbook, Change the Course with its inaugural dinner series in collaboration with LOAM, located at the Ace Hotel, Sydney. The special event will take place on Wednesday, October 25 and will feature esteemed cook and author, Julia Busuttil Nishimura.

The quarterly dinner series is set to bring together some of Australia’s most renowned culinary talents and chefs who will join forces with LOAM’s team to craft unique menus inspired by the central theme of the cookbook: ‘do more with less.’

All proceeds from the events will be dedicated to furthering Two Good’s mission of supporting, empowering, and providing employment opportunities for women who are in the process of rebuilding their self-worth and independence after experiencing domestic violence, homelessness, and complex trauma.
