Mike McEnearney is Two Good’s Chef of the Month this September. Mike, renowned for his acclaimed eatery Kitchen by Mike, author of ‘Real Food’ and ‘Kitchen by Mike’, is also the Creative Director of Carriageworks Farmers Markets.

In collaboration with the social enterprise Two Good, their Chef of the Month initiative joins forces with notable culinary experts. The chefs curate delectable menus, prepared and presented at the Two Good café located in Yirranma Place, Darlinghurst. Menus are also made available for purchase through Two Good’s catering service. The proceeds generated from these sales contribute to helping at-risk women who have been impacted by domestic violence, homelessness, and trauma, facilitating their path to secure employment opportunities.

Mike’s menu aligns with his ethos of simplicity, authenticity and sustainability, featuring seasonal, local, fresh & wholesome ingredients.

The menu includes the following items:

  • Mushroom & Lentil Ragu & Cheese Toastie – with a rich and herbaceous bolognese, melty cheese and classic thick white toast.
  • Harira Soup – Warmly spiced, rich and aromatic, this soup will transport you to the Middle East.
  • Marmalade Jammie Dodgers – Delightfully short and light biscuits with sticky, citrusy, jammy centres and nutty hazelnuts.  

Mike’s menu will be available throughout the month of September, starting Friday 1st September 2023 at Two Good’s cafe located at 262 Liverpool Street, Darlinghurst, or online.
