Clover Club with Bombay Bramble

• 50 ml Bombay Bramble
• 25 ml Fresh lemon juice
• 20 ml Sugar syrup
• 1/2 Egg white
• Garnish with Raspberries and blackberries 

1. Put some cubed ice into your cocktail shaker.
2. Pour Bombay Bramble, lemon juice, sugar syrup and egg white into the shaker.
3. Shake hard & strain into a chilled coupette or martini glass.

Bacardi Raspberry – Raspberry Mojito

Spicy Jalapeno Margarita with Patron Silver

• 45 ml Patrón Silver infused with jalapeño
• 15 ml Flavoured puree (blood orange, mango, fresh beets
• 90ml Lime juice
• Garnish with Salt Rim, lime wedge and sliced jalapeño 

1. Combine all ingredients over ice in a shaker.
2. Shake and strain into a salt rimmed double old-fashioned glass.
3. Patrón Silver infused with jalapeño.
4. Add 2 whole jalapeños cut down the middle and deseeded into 1 bottle of Patrón Silver.
5. Let rest for 12 hours

Seltzer Cocktail with Grey Goose Strawberry and Lemongrass

• 35 ml Grey Goose Essences Strawberry & Lemongrass
• 120 ml Soda
• Fresh Strawberries
• Lemongrass
• Garnish with lemon twist

1. Fill a chilled glass with cubed ice and add Grey Goose Essences Strawberry & Lemongrass.
