Hello, chocolate lovers! If you're looking for a reason to gather your people this Easter, let this be it. Armorica Brasserie in Surry Hills is partnering with New Zealand’s cult-favourite chocolatier, Whittaker’s to serve up a high tea that leans all the way into indulgence. Running exclusively from Good Friday through to Easter Sunday, this limited-edition high tea is not your average scones-and-jam affair.

Featuring in the line up is a wagyu pastrami with horseradish mayo, smoked ocean trout with dill cream cheese, and an unexpectedly luxe bite of Oscietra caviar, buttered leeks and crème fraîche.
But of course, we’re all here for the sweets! Whittaker’s has inspired a dessert line-up that reads like a love letter to chocolate: Hazella scones, Creamy Caramel tartlets, a White Chocolate honey cake and a whipped coconut soufflé that’s as soft as it sounds. There’s even a Dark Ghana & Hazelnut cake, if your taste skews towards the rich and moody.
To sip? Take your pick: a Whittaker’s-inspired cocktail, something bubbly, or a mocktail if you’re skipping the booze.
It’s $99 per person with a drink or $85 without, and available from midday to 3pm over the long weekend.
