Imagine enjoying a classic Old Fashioned while gazing over Sydney Harbour at Bennelong or cosying up with a bourbon-inspired creation at the Hotel Palisade rooftop. In Brisbane, Savile Row and The Arsonist are ready to impress with their sophisticated takes on the drink, while Adelaide’s Bank Street Social and Malt & Juniper promise an evening of indulgence.
Melbourne’s Whisky & Alement and White Oaks Saloon are also joining the celebration, adding their own flair to this timeless cocktail. Even Perth's Ritz Carlton Bar and Bar Lafayette are getting in on the action, ensuring there’s a perfect pour waiting for you, no matter where you are.
Additionally, Woodford Reserve is turning up the heat by welcoming its Master Distiller, Elizabeth McCall, for her first-ever visit to Australia. McCall will lead a series of intimate masterclasses, giving Australian bartenders (and a lucky few attendees) the chance to learn from one of the best in the business.
And if you're in Melbourne, you’re in for an extra treat. The world-renowned bartenders from Florence’s Locale Firenze - one of the World’s 50 Best Bars - will be taking over the drink service at Society from November 12 to 14.
